Putin's Re-Election Bid Gets A Boost

Russia's President Vladimir Putin is eyeing re-election, and the country's election commission has basically cleared the way for him to win a fourth term. The commission yesterday barred his main rival, anti-corruption crusader Alexei Navalny, from running.
