Citigroup Says It Will Raise Salaries Amid Pay Gap Data Release

Citigroup has released data from an employee survey that shows a slight pay disparity between women and minorities compared to men. The internal survey finds that women get 99 percent as much as men, which is a smaller gap than the economy at large. Still the company says it will raise salaries to close those gaps.
