Attack On Save The Children Offices Follows Deadly Weekend Siege In Afghanistan

ISIS has claimed responsibility for an attack that targeted the offices of Save the Children in Jalalabad, Afghanistan. Wednesday's attack follows a deadly weekend siege on a hotel in Kabul that left more than 20 people dead.
