Nashville's Metro Council voted overwhelmingly this week to approve new regulations that would phase out short-term rentals in residential neighborhoods that are not owner occupied. This regulation targets rental services like Airbnb and HomeAway.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with Larry Hagar (@larryhagar), the Metro Council member who was the lead sponsor of the legislation.
