White House Reviewing GOP Russia Memo

President Trump has five days to decide whether to make public a memo written by Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee. The memo alleges surveillance abuse in the FBI's Russia investigation. Democrats on the committee say the memo is an attempt to undercut the FBI's investigation.
