Congress Takes Up Immigration And Infrastructure, As White House Defends Staff

The Senate opens the debate on immigration Monday, after Congress passed a spending measure that didn't address the status of the 1.8 million DACA-eligible immigrants. Meanwhile, the White House is unveiling a $1.5 trillion infrastructure plan, as it also defends the character of two staffers alleged of domestic abuse.
