Ethiopia's Nile River Dam Nears Completion Amid Controversy

Ethiopia is just about finished with a huge infrastructure project: a mega dam on the Nile River. The dam will include a hydroelectric plant to generate power for the country, but it's also generating controversy downstream — especially in Egypt, which opposes the project.
