Putin Touts Russian Military In Annual Address

Ahead of an election he's expected to win, Russian President Vladimir Putin gave his annual address to Russia's Federal Assembly on Thursday. In a speech that lasted nearly two hours, Putin touted Russian military advances and pledged to halve poverty in the country over the next six years.
