Arizona Lawmakers Passed New Drug Laws. Will They Be Enough?

States are trying to devise strategies to deal with their opioid epidemics. In Arizona, lawmakers passed a handful of new laws — many of them aimed at limiting access to prescription painkillers. But the measures don't address illicit drugs, which play a big role in the crisis.
