Also, in the first of two conversations with former lawmaker and diplomat George Mitchell, we discuss relations and conflict in the Middle East, where Mitchell served as an envoy. And, hair braiding doesn't require any chemicals, hair dyes or cutting. But to legally braid hair, 13 states require a cosmetology license. We speak with a woman who has fought and won the right to practice her profession without a license.
