A strain of E. coli bacteria has contaminated romaine lettuce, made more than 120 people across the country sick and killed at least one person. But investigators still aren't exactly sure where one of the worst outbreaks of its kind in recent years is coming from. Also, advice columnist Meredith Goldstein is never at a loss when it comes to giving advice to her readers.
