Subtropical Storm Alberto has people in Florida preparing for flooding and high winds, as the first storm of the Atlantic hurricane season makes its way toward the U.S. Gulf Coast. We get the latest from the chief meteorologist of the Florida Public Radio Emergency Network. Also, every Memorial Day there's a ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery. A new book tells the story of how that first soldier was selected and interred there. And tomorrow, May 29, has been dubbed "529 Day," to draw attention to 529 education savings plans. CBS News business analyst Jill Schlesinger joins us to explain how they work. That and more, in hour two of Here & Now's May 28, 2018 full broadcast. You can read and hear more at hereandnow.org, follow us on Twitter and join the conversation on Facebook and Tumblr.

This program aired on May 28, 2018.
