Tariffs On EU, Canada And Mexico Impact 'Critical Supply Chain,' Economist Says

The White House announced Thursday that it will impose steel and aluminum tariffs against the European Union, Canada and Mexico.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with Diane Swonk (@DianeSwonk), chief economist at Grant Thornton, about the effects of the tariffs, as well as the Federal Reserve proposal to ease the Volcker Rule, which was created to limit risky trading on Wall Street.
