Trump Meets Putin In Helsinki After Criticizing European Union, Past U.S. Diplomacy

President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin met in Helsinki on Monday for a closed one-on-one discussion. In the lead-up, Trump took to Twitter to pre-emptively decry coverage of the meeting and declare that an "extraordinary relationship" with Russia was in the works.
