Maduro Assassination Attempt, Immigration, Food Shortages Shake Venezuela
An assassination attempt involving drones was made on Venezuela's president, Nicolás Maduro, while he was making a speech over the weekend. Thousands of Venezuelans are also crossing into neighboring countries, including Brazil, amid a severe economic crisis that has sparked a food shortage in the country.
