White House counsel Don McGahn will be resigning this fall, after the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, which begin Tuesday. McGahn played a key role in Kavanaugh's nomination, and also something that's received less attention: How the Trump administration is shaping the lower courts. Also, as people continue to examine Arizona Sen. John McCain's political legacy, we hear how McCain made multiple runs at changing immigration laws, even though his ideas weren't always popular in the state he represented. And the Journal of the American Medical Association has identified a new disorder: "Snapchat dysmorphia." That and more, in hour one of Here & Now's Aug. 29, 2018 full broadcast.
