Report: Increase In U.S. Denying Passports To Americans At The Border

There's been an increase in the number of people born along the U.S.-Mexico border who are being denied passports because the United States doesn't believe they're American citizens, according to a report in The Washington Post.

Here & Now's Robin Young discusses what's happening with Efrén Olivares, a lawyer with the Texas Civil Rights Project.
