The U.S. Secret Service said agents intercepted packages of "possible explosive devices" addressed to former President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Also, reports Tuesday showed Florida Democratic gubernatorial candidate and Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum receiving a free ticket to the Broadway show "Hamilton" as a gift from an FBI agent posing as a developer. The allegations could spark problems for Gillum, who is ahead of his Republican opponent in the polls. And Indonesia is the world’s second-largest source of marine plastic waste.
