Russia Partially Lifts Blockade On Ukrainian Ports

Ukraine says Russia has partially lifted its blockade of the Sea of Azov. Moscow had been preventing access to Ukrainian ports near the Kerch Strait after it seized three Ukrainian ships and their crews late last month.
