About half of all flights in and out of Chicago are canceled Wednesday as the region contends with minus 20-degree temperatures. There are also a lot of flight, school and other cancellations in Iowa, Wisconsin and other parts of the region. Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson talks with Airline Weekly's Seth Kaplan.
