February 21, 2019: Hour 2

The University of Illinois Hospital is one of a few hospitals in the Chicago area to start providing permanent housing for homeless patients that repeatedly show up in emergency rooms. Also, the state of Vermont launched a "Stay to Stay Ski Weekends"program, where participants spend their days on the slopes and their weekends meeting people who can help them with the challenges of relocating to the state.
