Researchers in London say that an HIV patient has been cleared of the virus after receiving a bone marrow transplant. This is the second time since the global epidemic began that a patient is reported to have been cleared. Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
