Investigations into the crash of the Ethiopian Airlines flight continue, as many question if Boeing 737 Max 8 planes should still fly. Also, the family of Zachary BearHeels, a 29-year-old citizen of the Rosebud Sioux tribe in South Dakota, says he was experiencing a mental health crisis when he was killed in police custody in 2017. Indigenous activists around the country are asking the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate whether the officers involved should be criminally charged. Additionally, one in four people killed in police custody have a serious mental illness. In Eugene, Ore., mental health advocates and police are working together to change that. That and more, in hour one of Here & Now's March 12, 2019 full broadcast.
