Pro-Brexit British lawmakers are deciding whether last-minute changes to Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit deal are enough to overcome their opposition to her plan to lead the U.K. out of the EU. The House of Commons is due to vote Tuesday on the divorce deal, which they rejected by a historic margin in January.
