Britain and the EU are bracing for a chaotic, cliff-edge Brexit after U.K. lawmakers again rejected the deal Prime Minister Theresa May negotiated with the EU on Tuesday. Britain's Parliament votes Wednesday on whether the U.K. should leave the EU without a deal, and Thursday, there will be a vote on delaying the Brexit process.
