Keeping A Small Festival Running With A Big Community Buy-In

The annual SXSW music festival in Austin, Texas, wrapped up over the weekend. After packing their guitars, some bands will head to a much smaller festival in Idaho that starts Wednesday, and where corporate marketing is scant but community spirit is high.
