Flooding is at historic levels in Nebraska and parts of western Iowa, forcing hundreds of people to evacuate their homes. The floodwaters follow heavy snow last week and a fast snowmelt. Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd speaks with NET Nebraska reporter Bill Kelly for the latest. A wet winter and robust plant growth has fueled a mass migration of Painted Lady butterflies through Southern California.
