The Supreme Court will hear two cases Tuesday on partisan gerrymandering that could change how congressional districts are drawn across the country. Democrats in North Carolina are challenging election maps drawn by Republicans. And in Maryland, Republicans are challenging maps drawn by Democrats. Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with Emily Bazelon (@emilybazelon), staff writer for the New York Times Magazine and a fellow at Yale Law School.
