U.K. Lawmakers Take Control Of Brexit Votes From Prime Minister May

Theresa May is still prime minister of the U.K., but Parliament is now in charge of Brexit. British lawmakers voted to take control of the process from May on Monday evening, after twice rejecting May's terms for withdrawal from the European Union.
