Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen resigned on Sunday amid tensions surrounding the increase in migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border. Also, Yellowstone National Park's annual bison cull is underway, with up to 1,000 of the animals to be slaughtered. Much of the meat harvested from those bison will be given to tribal nations in the area. But many of those nations say they would rather take the bison alive.
