Voters Across The EU Take To The Polls This Week

The stakes have never been higher in the European elections that start Thursday and run through Sunday. Voters in the 28 European Union countries will determine who represents them in the European Parliament. The vote is seen as a referendum in the EU as the U.K. struggles to exit.
