More than 500,000 acres in the Mississippi Delta have been underwater since February. It's been a harrowing few months for those who've lost their homes or their farms to the rising waters. Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd reports. Also, the FCC passed a rule that would allow and encourage phone providers to block robocalls.
