Dozens Dead In Libya Airstrike

An airstrike hit a detention center for migrants near the Libyan capital early Wednesday, killing at least 44 people and wounding more than 130. The United Nations is calling the attack a war crime. Here & Now's Lisa Mullins speaks with BBC diplomatic correspondent Paul Adams (@BBCPaulAdams).
