Virginia Special Session To Focus On Whether To Institute Gun Restrictions

On Tuesday, Virginia lawmakers return to the state capitol to debate gun control. The special session was called in response to the Virginia Beach mass shooting in May. One of the issues legislators will look at is whether to allow local officials to ban weapons in municipal buildings. Roberto Rodan of WCVE (@ByRobertoR) reports.
