Twenty million Americans could lose health insurance if a federal appeals court rules against the Affordable Care Act. The Obama-era law will get a hearing Tuesday in New Orleans, where judges will decide if a Texas judge was right to strike down the law because requiring that all Americans buy health insurance is unconstitutional. Kaiser Health News' Julie Rovner reports. Also, it's a no-brainer to stay off your phone while driving. Yet nearly 9 out of of 10 drivers admit to using their phones while behind the wheel. Why can't we stop?
