Atlanta Adds Historical Context to Confederate Monuments

The city of Atlanta began installing panels in front of some of the city's prominent Confederate monuments Friday, in order to offer historical context and acknowledge the legacy of slavery and segregation. Georgia law prohibits removing the monuments.
