A recent study compares vaping-related lung injuries to severe chemical burns, based on lung tissue samples from 17 patients. The Trump administration has moved to ban the sale of most flavored e-cigs, but vaping is still largely unregulated. We look at the history of regulatory fights over tobacco products in the U.S. with Sarah Milov, author of "The Cigarette: A Political History." Also, more than two years after Hurricane Irma struck Florida, one woman is still trying to get the state to buy her badly-damaged home and knock it down so she can stop living in it.
