With Trade Talks Stalled In The U.S., China Doubles Down On Asian-Pacific Deal

A huge free trade deal involving 10 Southeast Asian countries and six partners will be signed early next year. The deal, called the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, has been in the works since 2011 and excludes the U.S.
