White House Officials Refuse Lawmaker Subpoenas In Impeachment Inquiry

Four White House officials refused to show up to depositions on Capitol Hill Monday. Among them is John Eisenberg, the top lawyer on the National Security Council.

Eisenberg is believed to have made the decision to lock down records of the president's controversial phone call with his Ukrainian counterpart. But proceedings continue despite the White House's noncooperation and over the objections of Republicans.
