Eisenberg is believed to have made the decision to lock down records of the president's controversial phone call with his Ukrainian counterpart. But proceedings continue despite the White House's noncooperation and over the objections of Republicans.

NPR's Ayesha Rascoe (@ayesharascoe) talks to Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson about the latest in Washington.
