More than two dozen Iranian mourners died in a stampede during a funeral for Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, who was killed by the U.S. last week.

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif tells NPR's Mary Louise Kelly (@NPRKelly) that the killing "amounts to war." Kelly joins us from Tehran for the latest.
