Kansas Legislators Reach Bipartisan Deal To Expand Medicaid

After years of efforts to expand Medicaid in the state were stymied by Republican lawmakers, Kansas legislators have found an expansion plan they can agree on. Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly and Republican Senate Majority Leader Jim Denning announced the deal Thursday.
