State Of Emergency In Place Ahead Of Gun Rights Rally In Richmond

Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam has declared a state of emergency and has temporarily banned weapons from the State Capitol grounds, in anticipation of a gun rights rally planned in Richmond on Monday.

The rally has attracted the attention of militia and extremist groups, and Thursday the FBI arrested three armed men suspected of belonging to a neo-nazi hate group who were planning to attend the rally.
