Democratic presidential candidates have shifted focus to South Carolina after Bernie Sanders won the caucuses in Nevada. They'll debate each other in Charleston Tuesday night.

Sanders established himself as a clear front-runner, but faces continuing attacks that his policies are too far left for the party and country. NPR's Ron Elving (@NPRrelving) talks to Peter O'Dowd about the upcoming week in the primaries.
