Super Tuesday races have kicked off in 14 states and one American territory.

Sen. Bernie Sanders has been making his case in California, the state with the most delegates up for grabs. He enters Tuesday's contests as the frontrunner, with former Vice President Joe Biden close behind.

After a win in South Carolina and endorsements from two other moderate candidates, Biden's campaign has seen a resurgence. Though the field has narrowed since South Carolina, former Mayor Michael Bloomberg will be on the ballot for the first time.

NPR's Domenico Montanaro (@DomenicoNPR) talks to Jeremy Hobson about what to expect for this Super Tuesday.

This segment aired on March 3, 2020.
