California Declares State Of Emergency After 1st Coronavirus Death

There are at least 11 deaths in the U.S. now tied to the novel coronavirus. The first outside of Washington state has been reported in California, where Gov. Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency.

Newsom says the person who died had been on a cruise ship and now that ship is being held off the coast until passengers and crew on board have been tested.
