Stock markets spiraled again Wednesday, triggering circuit breakers for the second time this week following news that President Trump is banning all travel from Europe in an attempt to contain the coronavirus.

The ban, which has exceptions for United Kingdom citizens and Americans returning from abroad, goes into effect this Friday. But already some health experts are wondering if this is really a good idea.
