Philadelphia now has more than 1,000 COVID-19 cases. State officials and doctors fear the city could be less than two weeks away from becoming another New York City.

Philadelphia has the largest concentration in Pennsylvania, and the governor has yet to declare a statewide stay-at-home order. Now, the state looks toward more federal help after the president approved the governor's request for a disaster declaration.
