In Western U.S., Utah And New Mexico Ahead Of Curve In COVID-19 Testing Capacity

While many states continue to struggle to ramp up testing for the coronavirus, two states in the western part of the country are doing a good amount of testing relative to the size of their states and their outbreaks: Utah and New Mexico.
