Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and members of the city council have stated their interest in cutting the Los Angeles Police Department's budget by $100 million to $150 million. Protesters have been demanding reduced police forces and bigger investments into community services. We talk with Curren Price, one of the members of the city council who put forward the proposition.
