Here & Now's Tonya Mosley speaks with Roben Farzad, host of Public Radio's Full Disclosure at member station VPM, about the Trump administration's decision to bar new foreign workers, including highly skilled engineers and computer programmers, from receiving visas to work in the U.S.

The decision, which is in effect from June 24 through December 31, will open up 525,000 jobs to American workers, according to Trump.
